Experimental-numerical validation of the curing reaction of snap-cure polymer systems for component families of small batch sizes and high diversity

چکیده

The efficient production of component families small batch sizes and high diversity requires numerical analyses manufacturing processes, especially for complex shaped components made fibre-reinforced thermosets. In the case snap-cure systems, curing takes place in a very short time exothermic reaction can lead to accumulation heat inhomogeneous curing. order achieve reliable composite components, analysis process is necessary. Especially practice-oriented timesaving determination thermal conditions during essential industrial application. Therefore, an experimental-numerical approach predict was presented, which includes analytical as well experimental numerous thermochemical material parameters models experimentally determined description structural behaviour are validated evaluated by simulations. addition, developed finite element were used design demonstrator.
